2. Unsatisfactory Work: If the delivered content does not align with the agreed-upon requirements, we will first offer revisions. If, after multiple revisions, the content is still unsatisfactory, a partial refund may be considered.
3. Non-Delivery: In cases where services are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may request a refund. This does not apply if the delay is due to insufficient client information or collaboration.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

• If the project is completed and approved by the client.
• For any services already rendered, including consultations, drafts, or revisions.
• Changes in client preference after content delivery.

• We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
