- Non-Delivery: In cases where services are not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you may request a refund. This does not apply if the delay is due to insufficient client information or collaboration.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- If the project is completed and approved by the client.
- For any services already rendered, including consultations, drafts, or revisions.
- Changes in client preference after content delivery.
Refund Process

- We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
